“Two years ago we renovated the home we bought. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the contractor work and we needed to redo the guest bathroom. One of the materials used was AKDO, and I found out Ajami was a dealer, so I contacted them. They have been awesome in trying to track the material down as it is a special order material and I only need a small amount. They have contacted the corporate offices as well as other dealers to try and find the material. That is what I call customer service. I highly recommend them. I met Raffoul at the store and he showed me all the products and spent a lot of time discussing the installation and how best to install the product so we never have to redo the guest bathroom again. The team at Ajami was very helpful with the process of recommending the right flooring and selecting the right tile for the bathroom and kitchen.
